
Thank you for the wonderful cooking classes. It is so beneficial to learn healthy ways to prepare foods and I'm learning to like vegetables! The meal plans, shopping lists and creative uses of leftovers are making mealtime much easier. These classes make it much easier to go home after work and cook dinner rather than hitting the fast food stops along the way.

A Personal Chef serves several clients, usually one per day, and provides multiple meals that are custom-designed for the client’s particular requests and dietary requirements. These meals are packaged and stored so that the client may enjoy them at their convenience, either from the refrigerator or the freezer.
Yes, I do prepare your meals in the safety of your own kitchen. I am comfortable cooking in any size kitchen. Prior to the first cook date, I will visit your kitchen to determine any needs.
This is determined by how much food is prepared. Using Tupperware provides efficient freezer to table meals.
It will range from 4-6 hours. I am happy to work with your schedule requirements.
Although it takes most of the day to get these meals prepared, I am happy to answer any questions you may have. We also offer in home cooking classes if you have specific questions and interests.
We will have an initial meeting where we come up with the first menu, based on your tastes and dietary goals. You may wish to choose from my menu every time, or we can create a menu based on your food preferences.
When we set the first menu, I will collect a grocery deposit. The balance is due upon completion of the meals. You may also pay several cooking dates in advance, if you prefer, so that you do not have to remember to leave a check every time I cook.
