Susan Duve is the owner of Queen Quisine, a company dedicated to teaching individuals and groups how to prepare food in a healthier, easier and more economical way. Having taught wellness for a Columbus Ohio organization, Susan realizes the increasing need for additional instruction in the area of healthy cooking.

 

Several years ago, Susan made the connection between the food she was eating and how she felt. Upon improving her diet, the symptoms improved as did her overall health. As she changed her habits and made the decision to become healthier, she craved healthier food which often meant preparing food at home in a healthier way. It is her passion to teach everyone who is interested in eating healthier how to do so and enjoy it!

 

Susan holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Ohio University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in holistic nutrition. She is a contributing a writer to cooking and natural healing magazines and is completing her first cookbook.
